BladeWorks Landscaping is looking for a few hardworking individuals to join our snow removal team(s). Positions include snowplow/skidload operator(s), sidewalk crew leaders and crew members. As part of the snow removal team you will assist in clearing snow from walks, driveways and parking lots for various residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities

• Operate and/or safely work around large equipment/vehicles to clear snow
• Correctly log and report hours to direct supervisor
• Crew Leaders will be responsible for working under the supervision of management in overseeing crew members

Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently or as a team
• Must be reliable in reporting to work and recording hours
• Must be able to lift 50lbs on a daily basis
• Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Experience operating skidloader/snowplow is a plus

Wage is $15-30/hour based on experience and qualifications. Opportunities for year-round employment in our Landscape or Lawn Care divisions.
