Commercial Lawn Mower Operator
BladeWorks Landscaping is looking for a hardworking reliable addition to our commercial lawn mowing team. We are seeking an experienced lawn mower operator with an attention to detail who takes pride in a job well done. Position is full time, and often requires long hours during our busy season. Opportunities to join our commercial snow removal team for year-round employment.
- Complete tasks as directed by the crew leader.
- Ability to work independently and perform with integrity.
- A willingness to receive training with the goal of understanding the BladeWorks approach to lawn care.
- Maintain a personable attitude and work well with team to complete tasks.
- Valid drivers license and the ability to safely drive company vehicle and pull a trailer.
- Ability to actively work on your feet, outdoors for hours at a time.
- Reliable transportation to the BladeWorks facility in Marion.
- Experience operating commercial lawn mowing equipment.
- Ability to pass drug test.
- Begins at $18/hour with a higher rate negotiable based on relevant professional experience.
Landscape Team Member
Blooms Garden Center and BladeWorks Landscaping is looking for hardworking individuals to join our landscaping division. We are seeking candidates with a willingness to learn and gain on-the-job experience. Candidate should enjoy getting their hands dirty and working outdoors. Position is full time and often requires long hours during our busy seasons. Flexible schedule can be accommodated to fit a student schedule. Opportunities to join our commercial snow removal team throughout the winter season.
- Help maintain a safe and efficient job site.
- Complete tasks and take direction from crew leader.
- Assist in installing hardscapes and plants with a careful attention to detail.
- Safely use tools and landscaping equipment (on-the-job training provided)
- Politely interact with clients, maintaining a friendly attitude.
- Ability to actively work on your feet all day and lift at least 40lbs.
- Enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to work with a team maintaining a positive attitude.
- Demonstrate initiative and operate independently when needed.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass drug test.
- Must be hardworking, honest, and reliable.
